I've assembled and solderedFK625 tone control circuit and have checked and all components appear to be correct and welded correctly. The bass control not working as expected, when I turn bass control potentiometer to clockwise about 50-70% it starts to generate ‘knocking sound’ like somebody knocks your door very rapidly. Volume and Treble controls works as expected.

Generally they go from little or no effect at ~1k to max effect at ~80-100Hz in the bass and ~10k in the treble. Max boost/cut is usually in the range of 6-15dB; however, it can vary a lot.
